PPSUK is not a registered charity in its own right. All funds are managed by PPSUK’s parent charity, AMEND. Please ensure that you let us know that you are fundraising for PPSUK so that we can allocate your funds raised accordingly where appropriate. Thanks!
Every penny raised by our members and supporters goes to helping us to provide information and support to patients and families affected by PPGL syndromes and tumours, and to fund research into the diseases.
If you are organising an event, let us know as we would love to share your news. For any inquiries about fundraising for us, please contact Helen Blakebrough in the office.
Captain Tom's 100
‘Tomorrow will be a good day’
Imagine if we could get 100 members to fundraise and imagine if each of those raised £100……!
What is ‘Captain Tom 100’?
Captain Tom 100 is a new fundraising challenge, inspired by the late great Sir Captain Tom Moore. The challenge will mark a year since he embarked on his own incredible fundraising challenge and celebrate his 101st birthday.
Everyone – of all ages and abilities – is invited to take on a challenge around the number 100 any time and anywhere over Captain Tom’s birthday weekend, starting on Friday 30th April through to Bank Holiday Monday 3rd May. That could be walking 100 steps or running 100 metres, scoring 100 goals, baking 100 cakes, climbing 100 stairs, hopping 100 laps of the garden, building 100 sandcastles, writing a 100-word poem, flipping 100 pancakes – anything at all, inside or outside.
