By changing your will to leave a gift to us, you will help us to support everyone affected by PPGLs for years to come. If you wish to leave a gift (usually called a legacy) you will need to provide your solicitor with the following information:

Name of Charity – AMEND (charity of which PPSUK is a part)
Registered Charity Number – 1153890
Address of Charity – The Warehouse, Draper St, Southborough, Kent, TN4 0PG

There are 2 main types of legacy you might leave us in your will:

1. Residuary Legacy – this is a gift of the remainder of your estate after all other gifts have been made and debts cleared
2. Pecuniary Legacy – this is a gift of a fixed sum of money in your will. The value of a pecuniary legacy can change over time due to inflation.

We hope that you will consider leaving a legacy to us as a fitting testament of your support for our work.  If you wish to leave a legacy specifically for PPSUK and it’s work, please specify this in your will so that AMEND can allocate funds accordingly.
